What type of art can I send? What if I don’t have any artwork files?

ANSWER:  You can send anything you have.  If you know exactly what you’d like to use, an .ai, .eps. or .pdf file is best.  If you don’t have those, however, no problem.  We can work with whatever you can get us.  We have a very talented design staff ready to create your art whether you know exactly what you want, just have a basic idea or want to start from scratch.  

Do you keep my art on file?

ANSWER:  Yes, we keep artwork for up to one year.  If you would like to place an exact reorder just let us know and the set up fee will be waived.  You will still have a chance to approve a proof BEFORE going into production.  

Where should I send my artwork?

ANSWER:  Please send any files, ideas, PMS color requests or other art thoughts to service@drinkbranders.com.  

Can I pick a PMS color for my imprint?


Can you help me with my design?

ANSWER:  Just let us know what you’re thinking and we’ll go to work!  We can go back and forth with proofs until you are completely happy!

“How do I know my art will be positioned correctly?”

ANSWER:  You can leave those specifics to us.  We will do everything we can to make sure your drinkware looks amazing!

Shipping & Delivery

When can I expect my order?

ANSWER:  Production times vary from product to product and is dependent on the number of colors in your imprint.  You can see these production times as you choose the number of colors desired on your particular product during the order process.  These production times begin the day AFTER you have provided us with final proof approval.  Typical production time is 7-10 business days and standard shipping is 2-5 business days. Please contact us, or note on your order, any specific rush requests related to art and shipping.  Will will do our best to accommodate your particular situation.    

ANSWER:  Typical turn around time is 10-12 business days.  Rush delivery is an option, however.  

Can I split up my order and ship to multiple locations?

ANSWER:  Yes!  Please just contact us at service@drinkbranders.com to work through the specifics and we will make it happen.

Can I ship internationally?

ANSWER:  Yes, we can ship internationally, but please call us with the details prior to placing your order.

Can I ship using my own shipping account?

ANSWER:  Yes, not a problem.  Just not that along with your order or separately via email to service@drinkbranders.com.


What type of payments do you accept?

ANSWER:  We accept all major credit cards.

When will you charge my credit card? Do you require pre-payment?

ANSWER:  Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed and yes, we do require prepayment.

Is my Credit Card information Safe?  

ANSWER:  Yes!  We do not share your information with anyone and we use the trusted processing partner Authorize.net as our payment processor and we use GeoTrust to secure our website.    

General Ordering Information

What if I don’t receive what I ordered?

ANSWER:  Customer service is our highest value and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If you have ANY issues at all, contact us right away and we will make it right.  

Can I cancel or change my order?

ANSWER:  If you wish to cancel your order please call us immediately at 877-635-4246.  We will do everything we can to stop your order.  However, if you order has been moved into production (which we generally do very quickly once art has been approved) we will not be able to cancel your order.  Because these orders are custom in nature, once a product has been imprinted, there is nothing else we can do on our end to save that product, re-use it, etc.

What is a set-up charge?

ANSWER:  Set-up charges are related to the plates we create to imprint on your drinkware.  Each color gets a plate and therefore your setup charge is for EACH color in your artwork.  If you choose to do an exact reorder in the future (within a year), your set up fee will be waived.  

If I reorder an item will I pay set-up charges again?

ANSWER:  No.  Your set-up is waived for an exact reorder within one year of the last order.  

Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?

ANSWER:  Absolutely.  We proof everything, even reorders before moving into production.  

Do you charge sales tax?

ANSWER:  We only charge sales tax to customers shipping to Michigan.  If you are in Michigan and you are tax exempt, please contact us and email your tax exempt certificate to drinkbranders.com and we will take care of it.  

Can I see a sample?

ANSWER:  Of course.  Please let us know which item you are interested in and we will be happy to send you a free (blank or imprinted from a previous project) sample.  We cannot, however, send you a custom printed sample with your logo for free.

Can I order smaller quantities than the ones shown?

ANSWER:  Our website shows the minimum quantities offered for each style of drinkware.  You can however order as many as you wish.  


I would like to use one of your Trademarks...?

ANSWER:  If you’d like to use a trademark we require written permission.  


What if I’m not happy with my order?

ANSWER:  If you are unhappy in any way, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
