During the months of October - December, a 2 or 3 color imprint on this item ships in 7-10 business days. All of these days are AFTER final client proof approval. For a product with a 24 hour turn time to ship out NEXT day, we must have proof approval by 1:00PM EST. Also, we cannot guarantee this production time, however, we will communicate with you immediately if we will not be able to process your request as ordered and we will offer a full refund prior to production. |

You will be assigned a dedicated design professional to work with you every step of the way to ensure your artwork turns out fantastic. We will maximize your imprint area for optimal results, consult on colors as needed, suggest and make modifications to your existing art, and even create a new design if needed.
New Orders: Once your order is placed, we will contact you with next steps to send us your art. Once we have received your art file(s), one of our design professionals will contact you with any questions he/she has or via email with a proof to review and approve.
Reorders: Once your order is placed, our design team will pull up art from your previous order(s) and send you a virtual proof based on the new product and colors you are ordering now. If we have any questions, be assured we will reach out directly.
Other: If we’ve already finalized art with you PRIOR to receiving your official order through our site, please go ahead and place your order now. We will still send a final proof for you to approve via email, based on the item, color and quantities in your order. Once you approve this final proof, we will move your project into our production schedule.
Rest assured, NOTHING (not even a reorder) goes into production without you approving a final virtual proof from your dedicated design professional first!
